Projects
Over the years we have successfully completed a number of projects and have delivered consulting, training and IT services to clients in different sector.
Important projects:
- Project management consulting and implementation of project management office (2005) – Developa Consult was a sub-contractor of AKiT on several projects in Bulgaria. Our company experts consulted on project management and project management office implementation.
- Project "Transfer of Project Management Know-How from the Norwegian public sector to Bulgaria" (2004-2005) – the project aimed to help the Bulgarian state administration to improve the project and programme management processes through transfer of Norwegian know-how in this field in three Bulgarian state organizations: Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Education, and National Health Insurance Fund. Project partners: Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norwegian consulting group SINTEF and Developa Consult (Bulgaria).
- IT training projects (2004) – A new training programme "Get Ready for Successful Software Development" was initiated in January 2004. Training courses were conducted for Bulgarian clients: GloBul (the second largest mobile operator), CNSys (one of the biggest Bulgarian IT companies), Ministry of Justice (IT department), Tonegan (one of the oldest private IT companies in Bulgaria), Intercomponentware (private international software company).
- Project management training (2003-2004) – Training courses in project management for Bulgarian clients: Ministry of Education and Sciense, Ministry of Health, National Health Insurance Fund, Bulgarian Air Traffic Service Authority, Thermal Power Plant Maritza Iztok II, Nuclear Power Plant Kozlodui, Overgas (the biggest private gas distribution company in Bulgaria), Domaine Boyar (wine producing company), Datecs (IT company), S&T (IT consulting company), AKiT (IBM Tivoli partner), Norwegian Embassy in Sofia.
- National Social Security Institute (2000-2002) – World Bank funded project to improve national social insurance system administration of Bulgaria. Developa Consult provided services related to the development and implementation of unified information system for the National Social Insurance Institute of Bulgaria: System analysis, System and Database design, Participation in the development and deployment of the information system.
